– A solid understanding of the physiology & psychology of our hormonal cycles
– Foods that support healthy hormonal balance
– How to harmonise with 4 phases of the 28-day moon cycle & reconnect our bodies with the rhythm of nature
– Practices to consciously be with the increased sensitivity & arising emotional states of menstruation and menopause

Tina Nance

Tina Nance has been practicing Yoga for over 27 years and teaching Yoga, Embodiment, Somatic Inquiry & Women’s Work around the globe since 2001, in classes, workshops, retreats and teacher trainings.

Tina is a long time resident yoga teacher at The Yoga Barn who specializes in Embodiment & Nervous System Regulation Practices & is the founder of HELD : School of Embodied Self Integration & the somatic practices of Embodied Unwinding & Nervous System Rewire.

500hr E- RYT, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, Dip Ki Yoga Therapy, Dip Health Sciences, Dip. Kinesiology, Dip Shiatsu, Dip Remedial Massage, Dip Vibrational Medicine.

We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes prior to the start time. If you arrive after the published start time, you may be denied access and your booking will not be refunded.

What should I do if the event is canceled?

If this event is canceled by The Yoga Barn prior to the start time, you are eligible for a refund of your ticket. We do not cover reimbursement of any associated booking fees that exceed our published ticket price. Please be aware that refunds may take up to 30 days.

I bought my tickets but I can’t attend the event. What should I do?

If you are unable to attend this event, you are eligible for a full refund of the ticket price if you contact us at least 24 hours in advance of the published start time. Contact must be made via email to [email protected] or in person at The Yoga Barn reception desk. We are not able to process refunds for any reason if you contact us less than 24 hours prior to the published start time. We do not cover reimbursement of any associated booking fees that exceed our published ticket price.
